Carol joined the RGB team in 2023 as a Sales Support Coordinator – Initially providing business support on compliance, resourcing, payroll and other critical elements of temporary business operations.
Able to adapt and work through a plethora of different situations, Carol’s personable approach to professional relationships, and her eagle eyes for compliance have seen her progress into a delivery Consultant role where she manages accounts for several strategic, PSL based clients across Social Housing & Construction.
When she’s not managing accounts and compliance, she enjoys spending time with her son and dogs. An avid day tripper, she loves a farm shop, cake and a cuppa (or two!) or rocking out at local festivals.
