  • Disseminate new knowledge within the team to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) with MCIBSE or MIET membership.
  • 6+ years’ post-qualification experience in electrical building services design.
  • Proven track record in leading projects through RIBA Stages 5–6, including site installation and commissioning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of sustainable building services, low-carbon design, and passive design strategies.
  • Experience delivering projects in Revit/BIM environments; proficiency with analysis software (e.g., Dialux, Relux, Navisworks) desirable.
  • Hands-on experience managing project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Commercial awareness, including budget management and client liaison.
Desirable Attributes:

Personal Qualities:
  • Strong communicator with an ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with occasional UK travel required.
