We’re seeking a Customer Care Technician to join a leading residential developer in Plymouth. This permanent role offers excellent stability, variety, and a strong package.

The Role:

• Carrying out new home handovers and demonstrations
• Supporting customers through the move-in process
• Fixing minor defects and completing snagging works
• Liaising with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Feeding back to site teams to help maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in trades/maintenance, with excellent finishing skills
✔ Strong communication and customer-facing ability
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills
✔ Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
