🌿 We're Hiring! Grounds Maintenance Operative Agency Temporary – 3 Month Absence Cover
📍 Location: Yeovil
💷 Salary: £27,976 per annum + Company Van
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week

Join a Team That Takes Pride in Local Communities We're looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain attractive, safe, and welcoming outdoor spaces across the Yeovil area. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Maintain communal outdoor areas, including grass, shrubs and hedges.
✔️ Carry out soft landscaping and minor tree work where required.
✔️ Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including clearing hazards and dumped items.
✔️ Plan and manage your workload across a fortnightly maintenance schedule.
✔️ Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.


What We're Looking For

✔️ Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
✔️ A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable).
✔️ PA1 & PA6AW and/or NPTC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
