Site Manager
Mid Cornwall
Long term contract!
One of the UK's most experienced framework contractors with a project portfolio boasting academic, healthcare and other public sector works, is seeking to expand their team in the south west.
They are in need of an experienced and diligent Site Manager to enhance their existing team who are currently working on a major redevelopment scheme in the heart of Cornwall.
As an experienced Site Manager you'll be engaged in:
- Coordinating and managing construction work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Conducting regular inspections of site to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
- Managing the relevant paperwork (i.e. daily inspections, QA, H&S forms etc.)
- Monitoring costs and project progress
- Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout a project
In addition to having previous experience of working on main contracting schemes over £15m, you'll need SMSTS, First aid at work and a Black or Gold CSCS card.
