Patrick Makeig-Jones
Patrick is a Director at RGB Recruitment and has been with the business since 2012, when he joined as a Trainee Consultant. As a longstanding member of the team, Patrick helped to establish a number of our consultancy desks, giving him sound knowledge and extensive experience which he shares with colleagues, candidates and clients alike.
As a Director and member of the senior management team, Patrick plays a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the company. Patrick oversees a team of consultants specialising in Architecture, Engineering and Property, while continuing to focus primarily on working with structural engineering companies. He particularly enjoys building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and candidates.
Pat's off time is spent doing what he loves most, spending time with his kids, wife and friends. From perfecting the modern barbeque to competing on field at rugby and cricket, one thing you can count on is whatever the activity - it's always a laugh and a lot of fun.
