Tanya is a Key Account Manager, and sits within the Management team at RGB. A foundational member of RGB, Tanya has been with the team since the start of the business, helping drive our operations for over two decades.
Specialising in civils blue-collar recruitment across the South West, she thrives on sourcing and placing talent for a wide range of contractors and businesses in the region. Tanya’s vast experience working with temporary contracts and placements enables her to guide and mentor the wider temporary team.
Outside of work Tanya lives a life of active relaxation, enjoying the gym, dining out at a nice bistro and exploring all of the coastal walks that the Southwest has to explore.
